Activities that require permits and instructions
Install or replace exterior components for HVAC system, generators, Building Permit (new homes, additions, porch stoop, garage, accessory building) and tree removal.Click below on link to permit and waiver application and refer to step 9 in the online or PDF permit & waiver application for specifications. All 9 steps must be completed for a permit or waiver request.

The Town of Somerset, originally a streetcar community of Washington, DC, is a closely built neighborhood of single-family homes.
