Staff Directory

The day-to-day administration of the Town is carried out by a dedicated team of professionals.

This Town Staff is led by the Town Manager, who also serves as the Clerk-Treasurer, & who is appointed annually by the Mayor & Town Council. The current Town Manager is EJ Hardwick who has served in the role since 2024.

Working with the Town Manager at Town Hall is the Administrative Staff including:

Deputy Town Manager (Role Vacant)
Office Administrator Linda Williams who has served in the role since 2018.

Ensuring that the infrastructure & public grounds of the Town are well maintained is our talented Maintenance Staff including:

Tomas Villanueva who has served in the role since 2004.
Jose Castillo who has served in the role since 2008.

The Town also relies on several consultants including:

Town Arborist Dr. Tolbert V. Feather who has served in the role since 2010.
Engineering Consultant Doug Lohmeyer, PE who has served in the role since 2015.
